Settlement of a garden, 1836
The document reads, in part: Aqa ʻAbd al-Majid (son of Haji Muhammad Ismaʻil) settled a garden to his wife, Bibi Kuchak, the daughter of Haji Ramazan (son of Haji Muhammad), for three tumans. It was agreed to settle the garden's produce [collected] from the time of this contract [up to 23 October 1837] for ten dinars. Moreover, if the seller returns the products [on 23 October 1837] to the buyer, the buyer can revoke the sale and take the money back. December 5th, 1836." On margin: "Again, Aqa ʻAbd al-Majid settled whatever ownership rights over his property he had to his wife. 1837 or 1838.

Bestowal by Baygum Khanum and Umm Nisa’, 1834
Baygum Khanum, daughter of Aqa Karim and wife of the late Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, and Umm Nisa’, the daughter of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, have granted their share from a garden in the village of Sis Abad to Karbalayi Mir Sadiq and Aqa Mir Asad Allah, sons of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur. On the margin, Baygum Khanum has also bestowed them her household furnishings.

Settlement between Fatimah, wife of Haj ʻAli Akbar, and Mulla ʻAbbas, son of the late Mulla ʻAbd al-Razzaq, exchanging an orchard, known as Haj Rabiʻ garden, located in Chaharsang in Bidabad, for forty-eight tumans and sixty mans [unit of weight] of apricots, apples, plums, and pears from the orchard.

Marriage contract of Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Aqa Muhammad from Karvan village, and Muhammad Karim, son of Muhammad ‘Ali Tihrani Karvan. The mahr is three hundred tumans. The groom settled the following items in exchange for two hundred and sixty tumans of the mahr: a portion of land and part of a garden/orchard in Hurmanan village, part of a garden/orchard in Divun Farm, some qanats and part of a residential house in Hurmanan village, and a house, along with its stable and garden. Marriage contract of Sakinah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Ghiyas al-Din, and Mulla Husayn ʻAli, son of Muhammad ʻAli Yazdi. The mahr includes half of a house inside [illegible], a garden in ʻIzzabad, two acres of land in the same village, four mans [unit of weight] of copper worth ten tumans, a pair of rugs worth ten tumans, ten tumans for clothes, a chest worth fifteen thousand dinars, a chador, a set of bathing gowns, an inlaid mirror, and gold-made jewelry worth three tumans and five thousand dinars.

Haji Muhammad Zaman, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Usku, appoints Haji Mir Hashim, son of Mir Mustafa from Usku, as the executor of his will and has determined how his inheritance should be divided, including the properties that should be divided among his three sons, Qasim, Ahmad, and Muhammad Kazim.
